A anti-inflammatory oil that may be used for traumatic injuries such as sprains & strains, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons & backache etc. But  best known as a pain reliever that counteracts inflammation and reduces swelling & discoloration on bruises (but do not apply to broken skin).

To use apply onto effected areas  with cotton wool and massage in twice daily.

Benzyl Farnesol, Geranoil, Nerol, Terpineol (Alochols), Linalyl acetate, Methyl anthranilate (Esters), Jasmone (Ketone), Eugenol (Phenol)

Precautions

Do not use during pregnancy. Do not apply arnica to broken skin.
